  • The main objectives of this course are to:

    1. Develop an understanding of the concept, process, and importance of strategic management in organizations.
    2. Equip students with the ability to analyze internal and external business environments for effective decision-making.
    3. Provide knowledge on formulating, implementing, and evaluating strategies at corporate, business, and functional levels.
    4. Enhance skills to design vision, mission, goals, and objectives aligned with organizational growth.

    6. Enable students to understand leadership roles, corporate governance, and ethical responsibilities in strategy.
